Role & Responsibilities
Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job boards, and campus portals).
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier talent.
Conduct preliminary phone/video screenings, assess candidate fit, and maintain accurate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Coordinate interview scheduling, manage candidate communications, and ensure a seamless, branded experience from first touch to offer stage.
Assist in organizing and executing campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and virtual hiring events across Indian colleges and universities.
Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline conversion) and provide weekly reporting to the TA team.
