Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for various roles.
Onboarding: Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and interns.
Documentation: Maintain digital employee records and assist in drafting HR documents (offer letters, policies, etc.).
Engagement: Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and LinkedIn sourcing.
Highly organized with a proactive attitude.
