Role & Responsibilities
Design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog) to meet client-specific SLAs and compliance standards.
Lead discovery workshops to map business processes to ITIL-aligned workflows and translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including UI policies, client scripts, workflow rules, and business rules to automate operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Security, and Business units to ensure seamless integration of ITSM processes with existing enterprise systems.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provide training documentation, and deliver post-go-live support to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain technical design documents, process maps, and governance frameworks to ensure long-term scalability and audit readiness.
